Is this course right for me?

A diverse workforce is more likely to outperform their homogenous equivalent, but only if there is a genuine feeling of inclusion. Diverse teams can help bring a fresh perspective to diverse problems, but only when they are empowered to do so. This well researched webinar will help you improve your competitive edge and build a happier and more productive organisation.

This course is relevant for all levels of management and members of staff who want to maximise their potential and that of their workforce. The new perspectives and roadmaps that are delivered in this course will be a useful component in the larger D&I journey of your organisation.

What will the course cover?

You will learn how to

  • Define diversity, both for yourself and others around you

  • Promote diversity within the workplace and build an inclusive environment

  • Improve productivity and potential within teams through D&I initiatives

  • Monitor your own micro-behaviours and adapt your communication skills to promote inclusion

  • Overcome both conscious and unconscious bias

  • Develop your own D&I roadmap, both for yourself and your organisation
